Workspace page
The Workspace page gathers settings for the selected workspace: general information, storage, subscription (depending on your rights), legal documents, invitations, and the members list.
This help covers the main workspace settings page. Dialogs opened from this page (edit workspace, invite, member access, and so on) each have their own contextual help.

Prerequisites
- You must be signed in to Sequentia.
- A workspace must be selected (otherwise the page content does not render).
- You need at least one of these permissions (or be the workspace owner):
- manage the workspace
- edit a user
Without one of these permissions, access to the page is refused. The settings icon in the workspace picker appears only if you can manage the workspace or edit a user.
| Element | Condition |
|---|---|
| Access to the page | Signed in + permission to manage the workspace or edit a user (owner always has access) |
| Clock icon (audit trail) | Permission to view the audit trail |
| Pencil icon (edit workspace) | Always visible; saving requires permission to manage the workspace (see Edit workspace) |
| Subscription card | Permission to view billing: view billing, manage billing, or manage the workspace (owner always) |
| Upgrade / Manage in Stripe | Permission to manage billing or manage the workspace (owner always) |
| Invite a user row | Permission to invite a user (otherwise disabled) |
| Click a member | Opens the access dialog (see View and edit a member's access) |
Open the page
- Open the navigation menu.
- In the workspace picker, find the relevant workspace.
- Click the cog icon (tooltip: Workspace settings).
- The Workspace page opens.

After a successful Stripe payment, the URL may include a confirmation parameter. The page then waits for the subscription to activate and clears those parameters.
Page layout
On larger screens, content is in two columns:
| Column | Sections |
|---|---|
| Left | Information, then Subscription (if allowed), then Legal documents |
| Right | Invitations, then Members |
At the bottom: Workspace created by with the owner’s profile chip.

Visible only if you can view workspace billing.
Section title: Subscription.
Depending on the plan:
- Freemium / no active paid subscription: billable seats bar (e.g.
X / 4 billable members), remaining seats or Seat limit reached, hint Paid plan unlocks: Inventory, Equipment, Public board sharing, and an Upgrade button if you can manage billing. - Active Stripe subscription (or details shown): Freemium / Paid plan label, status (Active, Grace period, Past due, and so on), monthly or annual billing, seats, renewal or end dates, payment alerts when applicable.
- Manage in Stripe: opens the Stripe billing portal.
- Upgrade: shown for freemium, grace, or canceled states when you can manage billing.

If the free-plan member limit is reached, clicking Invite a user opens a paid-plan offer dialog instead of the invitation flow. See also Add a member.

On the Workspace page, the header help menu opens this topic. Help title: Help - Workspace.
To confirm with product
- An inline history mode seems planned in the interface, but only a window view is available currently. Confirm whether an embedded history mode is still planned.
- Invitation statuses (pending, accepted, declined) are sometimes shown as technical English in the interface. Confirm whether user-facing translations are desired.
- Copy / edit role / cancel actions on an invitation are not hidden based on permission to invite (only Invite a user is). Confirm expected behavior for members without that permission.
- When updating an invitation role, the loading message is shown in French only. Confirm bilingual alignment.
